Right of withdrawal

The Customer, pursuant to article 18 of Law 144/20015, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by registered mail with return receipt, specifying the details of the order and delivering it to our company.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract provided that the product is returned intact.
It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.
The products must be returned in the original packaging, intact, and not tampered with, inside the original packaging, with a copy of the delivery receipt and your IBAN code.
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

In all cases of returning the goods, the transport costs are borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event of tampering with the product
